Serving: One of the most traditional appetizers, which does not need much to bring out its flavor. Open the package and rinse the fish with fresh cold water. After filleting them, remove the bones and serve, preferably, with vinegar and olive oil.

Chub mackerel

(scientific name.: Scomber Colias / Scomber Japonicus)

It is a migratory fish and belongs to the same family as the mackerel, that of the Scombridae. It is a particularly fatty fish, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which in August swims in shallower waters to find food more easily.
